Last Sunday, we went over to my sister's place for lunch with her and a couple of her kids and partners.
As the good Auntie she is, out came a lot of old toys for Bradley to play with.
And a big hit were the Micro-Machines from the late 1980's . . .
Until the previous owner arrived for lunch, and wanted to play with them again . . .
. . . but at the end of the day, it was great to see a couple of cousins (albeit 28 years apart in age) playing together . . .
. . . because that is how knowledge is passed on through the generations!!

I wonder how many of the toys that we buy our kids today will see their way through to the next generation? I know I sound old..."but they don't make them like they used to"
