Our new life: Road Trip to Adelaide - Part 3

So after a very busy morning at the zoo, the highlight for me was catching-up with my older kids.


Two of my older kids, Jessica and Lachlan (Nathanial had to work), drove over from Yorketown to meet Bradley and I for a lengthy and relaxed lunch in a North Adelaide cafe.

As we hadn't seen each other for a few months, it was a great chance to chat and catch-up. It was particularly fun for Bradley to play and have some fun with them.

It was great listening to there plans for Uni next year. Jessica is heading to Townsville to study  primary school teaching and Lachlan is heading to Adelaide to study biochemistry.

We will need to organise more of these visits as Bradley was asking when we could see them again all the way home :-(

Later in the day, after visiting Peter in the shop, we visited Bradley's cousins, Tim & Molly and Auntie Lindy before heading back to Tailem Bend for the night.

And after some sleep it was time to head back home for a very eager reunion between Mother and son.

It was a long trip for a short time but well worth the effort.
